The hourly rate varies based on the number of hours purchased and the selected area of expertise.
A flexible solution :
- Hour credits can be shared across expertise areas at the same level
- Packages range from 10 to 160 hours, valid for 1 to 3 months
- Assistants available in French, English, or bilingual
- Other languages available upon request and subject to availability (contact us for details)
- 360° software suite integration available when used alongside the Team Integral offer
- Unused hours can be partially rolled over (1)
(1) Unused hours may be rolled over within 60 days of purchase, with an extension of the expiration date by an additional 30 days for 80% of their duration, provided that a new hour package of equal or greater value than the original package is purchased. The new package must be fully used before the rolled-over hours can be accessed.

Dedicated Assistant & Comprehensive Team :
The dedicated support provided by the Comprehensive Team, combined with the 360° software solutions, enhances the productivity of your dedicated assistants by offering them an optimized collaborative environment. You also benefit from the Burst feature (3) when needed, without requiring a Pay-as-you-Go package.
(1) WITHOUT the TEAM INTEGRAL plan: You can contact the supervisor of your virtual assistant at no extra cost for any questions related to oversight. If you need to send instructions outside of your virtual assistant’s working hours, the supervisor’s time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
WITH the TEAM INTEGRAL plan: You can reach out to your dedicated manager for any oversight-related questions without affecting your allotted hours. If you need to send instructions outside of your dedicated assistants' working hours, the manager's time will be deducted from your Team Integral package.
